Welcome to the Substack of Arel Martin, public school teacher and Catholic convert. I write about various topics that seem important to me. My main goal is to be informed myself and help others be better informed. But also, I do this because I really love writing.

I like to think that I seek the truth at all costs. I’m working hard to root out all lies in my own life and to expose them when I see them on the media. My writing may offend some because of my worldview, but rest assured I’ve tried to verify things and write the truth. I get things wrong sometimes and appreciate corrections to any of my articles.
